Southern Rivers Properties, inc. formerly Southeastern Hunting Services was established in the early 1980’s and provided hunting management for properties in much of Georgia, the South Carolina low country and the Florida panhandle. The firm later incorporated and has transitionally evolved into a comprehensive real estate brokerage company. Southeastern Hunting Services may have been first to specialize in the sale of land along the Flint River corridor and has sold thousands of acres in the Flint River counties of Lee, Dougherty, Sumter, Worth, Dooly, Macon, Peach, Crawford, Taylor, Schley, and Talbot.
