With a lifelong dedication to agriculture and hands-on experience, I am a trusted Land & Farm Realtor and Agricultural Real Estate Specialist serving Pope, Johnson, and Conway Counties and surrounding areas of Central Arkansas. Raised on cattle and poultry farms, I bring real-world knowledge to farm, ranch, rural, and recreational property transactions. My deep understanding of cattle farms, poultry operations, pasture ground, hay meadows, row-crop land, and income-producing farms sets me apart in the Arkansas land and farm real estate market. Today, my wife, children, and I actively manage over 1,300 acres in Pope County, operating 150 cow-calf pairs, stocker and feeder cattle backgrounding, and custom hay production. This firsthand involvement gives me a strong advantage when evaluating large acreage properties, livestock operations, agricultural land values, hunting land, timber tracts, and recreational acreage. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resource Management from Arkansas Tech, am a Licensed Electrician, and previously worked as a forestry technician with Deltic Timber, providing extensive knowledge of timberland, land use, utilities, infrastructure, and property improvements.
