Hello and welcome to Wide Sky Properties, LLC! We are a lively, family run business whose passion and mission is to connect people with land. We have simplified and streamlined the path to land ownership so that most anyone can finally enjoy their own piece of freedom. We’ve personally invested in 401k, mutual funds, and stocks for years. Thirty years to be exact. Returns were always a roller-coaster and projections consistently showed retirement was a long way off. Depressing. When we dipped our toe into land investment, things really changed. We believe it’s the best investment you can make, and is why we started this business. It’s tangible, lasts forever, increases in value, has low holding costs, and it’s fun for you and your family to have and use! Our inventory is constantly growing and changing and we work hard to provide a wide variety of land choices for our clients. We choose properties based on location, amenities and all redeeming characteristics or qualities that would indicate that this investment has potential for appreciation. Our Moon Gazing Hare logo is an homage to the Pagan belief that seeing a hare gazing at the moon brings good fortune, growth and abundance to the viewer. In Indian folklore, it signifies that being kind, ethical and altruistic is highly valued and well rewarded. This scene is repeated throughout history and in a variety of religions.
